Exchange Policy
At Novacart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, we offer an exchange policy under the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:
✔ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✔ The request is made within [2] days of receiving your order.
✔ The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
❌ Items marked as final sale or clearance.
❌ Personal care products, accessories, or customized items.
❌ Products that show signs of wear and tear, damage, or alteration by the customer.
3. Exchange Process
1️⃣ Request an Exchange: Contact our support team at novacart.techh@gmail.com with your order details.
2️⃣ Approval & Return: Once approved, return the product to our warehouse. Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.
3️⃣ New Item Dispatch: After inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement.
4. Exchange Shipping Costs
- If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.
- If the exchange is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
