Novacart Refund Policy

At Novacart, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In its original packaging, including tags or labels if applicable.
  • Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, such as personal care items.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original method of payment or as store credit.
  • Non-refundable shipping costs: Shipping charges are not refundable unless the product was damaged or defective on arrival.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Simply contact us within 3 days of receiving your item, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
